Sales Incentive System Analyst

Manage and update iSell compensation software for New Hires and terminated employees. Work with Revenue Ops team globally on Implementation and enhancement in all regions. Consult with IT on issues and system problems and correct for field sales.


How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Maintain and update Employee Data within our system.
  • Update sales compensation system with actual sales results, individual quotas, employee information, and compensation plan information
  • Provide ongoing support in resolving commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions with the sales teams.
  • Partner with Finance, Payroll and Sales to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments.
  • Provide data or ad hoc reporting to Finance as needed for commissions and sales bonus accruals · Perform various reconciliations and validations of billings and sales crediting data.
  • Develop and maintain procedures manual as system enhancements are made
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including scope documents.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years' experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or Commissions.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required Prior experience with sales compensation system administration of software (Xactly, Callidus, Anaplan) is strongly preferred.
  • Innovative problem solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator in discussing and sharing sensitive performance and compensation data with a range of business functions.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, quick learner, organized.
  • Ability to work in a team and build relationships while working cross functionally.
  • Can meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.

Compensation:
The estimated base salary range for this position is $111,900 to $153,900 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
