About the Role

This is a unique leadership opportunity to join a hyper-growth HR startup in scaling our go-to-market function. We’re in search of a Sales Manager responsible for the day-to-day oversight of sales culture, talent development, and overall revenue performance. You will work directly with the broader sales leadership team and report to the H of Sales.

We’re looking for a leader who incorporates empathy, integrity, and humility into a hands-on leadership style. We need a talented sales coach who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and has a proven track record of building high-performing teams. As a Sales Manager at Lattice, you will help make key sales hires, set team goals, motivate, and develop account executives to reach their full potential. If you are passionate about mentoring, coaching, and developing sales talent this role might be for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of AE’s, hire/train new reps, mentor tenured reps, and motivate the team to go above and beyond for our potential customers. 
  • Hold weekly 1:1s, design, and facilitate team meetings/training sessions 
  • Organize and improve internal processes with your exceptional organizational skills
  • Help create a high energy, results-focused environment where reps love coming to work and feel they’re being developed towards their fullest potential.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS and 2+ years of sales management experience. Bonus points for having worked in HR-tech. 
  • Strong understanding of selling into the SMB and Mid Market segments.
  • Prior experience in a closing role with an Inbound and Outbound motion. 
  • Proven track record of overperformance as both an IC and Manager 
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. We move fast.
