The Sales Manager, Uber Health is a key leadership position within the Global Uber Health team.. This role will report to the Head of Sales, Uber Health and will be responsible for leading a team of SMB, Mid Market, and Enterprise sellers towards exceeding individual and team quotas. You will use your extensive people management and healthcare experience to set the vision, create process, build playbooks, and keep the team on pace incrementally. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners including Account Management, Implementation, Strategy, Operations, Marketing, and Senior leadership to exceed team goals and improve our value proposition to our healthcare partners.

Provide vision and leadership for a team of healthcare sellers, striving to exceed team and individual quotas. Your primary role is force multiplier.

Perform quantitative data analysis, deep practical insights, modeling, and analysis to develop strategy, identify critical metrics, create playbooks, and ensure each seller is pacing towards their goals incrementally. Proactively iterate as vital

Bachelor’s degree required

5+ years of healthcare sales experience, minimum 2 years in leadership

Verifiable track record of driving teams to exceed quotas

Evidence of building process from ambiguity and constantly iterating process for greater impact

Effectively led teams in both transactional and enterprise sales environments

Ability to effectively assimilate, present, and surface insights from sophisticated data sets as slides and voiceover

Demonstrable understanding of healthcare economics, value based care, and healthcare payment models

Highly adept at Salesforce reporting, data analysis, and process improvement

Have led virtual teams

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $135,000 per year - $150,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $150,000 per year - $167,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $150,000 per year - $167,000 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $150,000 per year - $167,000 per year.
