The Team: 

Our Sales Operations team is expanding and hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to join us in Boston, MA. We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow their Sales Operations Career. You will help manage data integrity for a core part of our sales process for Accounts and Leads, support daily operations for our sales team and learn many day to day processes on the GTM team. Over time, we expect you to take on more responsibilities as your skill set grows, and you understand more about Datadog’s business model. You will help us review records for data quality assurance as part of the GTM Sales Operations team that keep the sales engine running smoothly.

You Will:

  •  Providing front line sales support for our global sales organization; this includes routing requests to appropriate team members in addition to completing requests in your job function
  •  Monitoring ticket queues and aligning other team members on resolution
  •  Reviewing Account and Lead Data quality against an outlined process to help determine a record’s data accuracy 
  •  Resolving data discrepancies related to location, size or other pertinent data we use in our day-to-day sales process
  •  Learning and identifying service providers when assessing Account eligibility
  •  Researching and inputting data for Account hierarchy and parent-child relationships into Salesforce
  •  Learn Salesforce to support related reporting requests for data quality
  •  Learn and apply Datadog’s Rules of Engagement in your day-to-day process as part of quality assurance for Accounts and Leads you assess
  •  Work on various team projects related to data hygiene in Salesforce

You Are:

  •  Organized and task oriented and enjoy seeing your results
  •  You are a Learner - you enjoy learning new things and apply your knowledge to your day to day when applicable 
  •  Great attention to detail
  •  Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  •  You can work independently and within a team environment

Bonus Points:

  •  0 - 1 years of experience in Sales Operations, equivalent role or internship
  •  Experience with Salesforce CRM
  •  Excel experience
  •  Relevant Internship experience
