About The Role



We are looking for an experienced Sales / RevOps Manager with a strong interest playing a foundational role in a fast growing startup. This is truly a milestone opportunity to join on the ground floor as we scale up. We have a product people truly love and a team that has more than 4X’d in under a year.



You will leverage past experience to systematically build out the revenue operations function from scratch. As our revenue lead, you will work alongside our Sales Leader and cross-functionally with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Growth leads to ensure operational excellence.



We’re looking for an analytic, motivated, self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment. You must be nimble, highly-collaborative, and able to think on your feet.



What you’ll do:



  • Own operational excellence for the sales team.
  • Systematically review, design, develop, and deliver a robust and scalable reporting model
  • Run sales experiments; conduct a deep analysis of our sales process to identify friction points, develop solutions, drive change management, and measure results
  • Act as a thought partner for sales leadership, with a focus on analytics and process infrastructure to support the growth and scale of the sales organization.
  • Act as a hub for sales reps and cross-functional teams to support reps, facilitate collaboration, foster insight sharing, and ensure issue resolution
  • Build and maintain documentation; ensure process adherence and compliance
  • Work with Sales Leadership to improve and occasionally run sales onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training


What we are looking for:



Minimum 5 Years of experience in similar roles and proven-track record building sales ops from scratch at a fast growing startup or management consulting

Deep knowledge of sales and customer experience processes and methodologies

A highly-analytical problem solver and motivated by solving impactful business problems

A organized and methodical mindset
Hubspot Mastery

A passion for driving change and ability to ensure new habits stick

A strong sense of urgency; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Strong self-motivation; comfort working and learning independently

Excellent communication skills

Excel expertise



Bonus:



  • Managerial experience
  • Experience in a sales closing role strongly preferred, but not required
  • MBA
  • Experience working at early stage SaaS company (Product-Led Growth company)
  • Past experience as a sales/revops consultant
