The Remote Sales Support Specialist is the right hand of the sales executives by handling administrative tasks, coordinating client meetings, and maintaining communication channels. The role will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflows, allowing the team to focus on building client relationships and achieving sales targets. The candidate must be located in Texas.

Sales Support Specialist Qualifications/Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Offer comprehensive assistance to the Sales Executive team
  • Experience working in a remote sales support or administrative role, preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic setting, with a customer-focused and professional approach.
