Job Summary:

Provide feedback, recommendations and procedures though the testing of reports and systems, provide direct support to the Digital and Traditional Inside Sales Teams, work on administrative tasks for sales trainings and provide back up to the Sales Support team in certain functions.

Your Typical Day:

• Provide Support for our Inside Sales Team
• Know all procedures and tasks related to Digital and Traditional Inside Sales teams
• Set up weekly projects as needed for Traditional Inside Sales Team
• Set up bi-weekly new hire projects for Digital Inside Sales Team and any other new town requests
• Set up preliminary tasks for all Traditional and Digital Inside Sales New Hires in all systems including but not limited to Sugar CRM
• Create weekly and monthly reports in Sugar for Optima customers, including but not limited to renewals, past due touch points, and any other metrics needed. Export these reports to Excel, analyze and assign according to current guidelines.
• Provide Testing and Analysis of Sales Systems
• Assist Sales Support Systems Team Lead, as needed, in the testing of new reports and systems for the Inside and Outside sales field
• Provide feedback to aid in the improvement of these systems
• Provide documentation and written/video procedures when rolling out these new system or processes
• Other duties as required

Educational Requirements:

• College Degree Required.
