Sales Trainer

We're looking for a Sales Trainer to join our revenue ops team to train and educate sales staff from the point of their initial hire and on a continuous, ongoing basis.

About the role

You will be responsible for the delivery, evaluation, and where applicable content creation, of our training and development programmes.

You'll be

  • Successfully supporting the onboarding process of new sales hires
  • Analysing the development needs of the sales team by closely collaborating with Directors and the Head of Sales Enablement
  • Designing and implementing needs based training for DICE sales organisation .
  • Regularly monitoring the success of training to ensure and improve the high quality standards of our sales approach
  • Regularly aligning with the Sales Enablement team on strategy, planning and priorities
  • Supporting ad hoc sales related projects
  • Implementing individual development measures for the US sales team

You are

  • Passionate, humble and talented
  • A fan of music and culture
  • Actively responsible
  • Experienced as a trainer for sales departments and in the creation of content and delivery of training.
  • Knowledgeable in the areas of sales process, sales technology, needs analysis, argumentation of benefits and dealing with resistance.
  • Understanding of the creation and learning transfer.
  • A keen collaborator with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Independent in your way of working including a hands-on mentality and a high energy level.

You'll need

  • Proven experience working as a Sales Trainer
  • To have familiarity with face-to-face and remote work (e.g., usage of screen sharing tools Google hangout and moderation of virtual sessions).
  • The ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities.

During the pandemic, we learned that working from home can help us focus, but many of us missed the buzz of the office. For our NY team, we have a hybrid work policy of three days in the office (Mon–Wed) and two days work from anywhere (Thurs–Fri).
