Who You Are::
The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of the Sales Operations Team, reporting to the Sr. Manager Sales Analytics & Technology. In this role, you will support the sales team by owning and maintaining a clean Salesforce instance. Achieving this will align with our goals of increasing productivity, reducing friction, and executing the Sales and Marketing Go-To market strategy.
What You'll Do::
Manage Salesforce.com instance for the Sales Go-to-Market Organization

Own Sales and Marketing instance. Demonstrate passionate diligence for maintaining a clean SFDC database.

Create and Manage Sales Manager Pricing Approval Process

Create and manage reports, role profiles, logins, rule validations and page layouts. Assist Sales and Sales Operations Leadership to optimize SFDC capability.

Manage and create Lightning Flows. Proficiency with testing in Sandbox to ensure Flow works independently and accurately.
- Manage direct team independent RFI sales process. Manage via reports and notify senior manager of inaccuracies.
- Show proficiency with Salesforce Apps (6Sense, Cloudingo, and others) and master coordination between Salesforce and Pardot. Utilize Data Uploader in SDFC or Cloud Dingo to keep records current and remove duplicates

Partner with Marketing Operations tools and personnel to execute Go To Market Strategy

Master Extensis Sales Process and Broker Funnel Stages

Coordinate with the sales on-boarding process and manage DocuSign and Pardot interface

Help Sales SMs enter Opportunities, ensuring all necessary fields are entered correctly
Oversee Einstein Analytics

Create and manage Einstein Analytics Dashboards, including uploading targets for key performance indicators for both Sales and Marketing

Maintain and update the Einstein Dataflow for both Sales and Marketing

Ensure proper licensing for our users
What You Bring::
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or Mathematics preferred

Salesforce Administration Certification required.

Experience of 1-3 years working in sales operations, sales strategy, or data analytics

3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Technical Experience:

Skilled in Pardot / SFDC interface
-
Skilled in Einstein Analytics
- Proficient with Classic and Lightning platforms in Salesforce
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Experience with BI not required, but a plus
