Position Summary:
Bio-Techne is seeking aSalesforce Administratorwho will be responsible for configuration, user support, maintenance,testing, and deployment of functionality across Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with team in an agile development methodology
Configuration within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning
Respond to user requests and handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flows, workflows, and bug resolution
Assess the impact of new Salesforce requirements on existing process and integrations
Demo functionality to end users and work with product owners to critically evaluate and help craft user stories
Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices andguidelines to improve system productivity
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
Priorexperience as Administrator at an organization using Salesforce as their CRM
Current certification as Salesforce administrator
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, CPQ, Field Service experience preferred (not expecting past experience in all of these areas)
