Position Summary:

Bio-Techne is seeking aSalesforce Administratorwho will be responsible for configuration, user support, maintenance,testing, and deployment of functionality across Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with team in an agile development methodology

• Configuration within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning

• Respond to user requests and handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flows, workflows, and bug resolution

• Assess the impact of new Salesforce requirements on existing process and integrations

• Demo functionality to end users and work with product owners to critically evaluate and help craft user stories

• Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices andguidelines to improve system productivity

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field

• Priorexperience as Administrator at an organization using Salesforce as their CRM

• Current certification as Salesforce administrator

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, CPQ, Field Service experience preferred (not expecting past experience in all of these areas)
