About the role
As a Salesforce Consultant at Bullhorn, you will be responsible for consulting Bullhorn applications on the Force platform. You will gather requirements, develop use cases, draft functional and technical specifications, and propose technical solutions for new and existing clients. You will be a subject-matter expert on the platform, API, and extension points and will handle functional and technical requests related to custom development, report development, and integrations with external systems. You will also engage in pre-sales activities both via the phone and on-site client meetings. You will act as the primary representative for Professional Services, using your in-depth application and technical knowledge to identify, discuss and document solutions for clients’ needs

Working with System Integrators and clients to provide advisory services in relation to our product, industry and platform architecture knowledge.

Managing Client Relationships across the implementation life cycle with all the involved stakeholders.

Working with sales engineers to lead client-facing technical requirements gathering sessions.

Working closely with clients and development teams as data is being gathered to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer of information.

Working closely with clients to help them identify how Bullhorn can help them solve business problems while keeping expectations within Bullhorn capabilities and offerings.

Analyzing client business processes, needs and strategies to document and validate required functionality and rationalize functionality with appropriate technology solutions.

Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

Establishing a technical vision for complex, Enterprise-grade projects.

Operating as the key liaison between Bullhorn’s business units, technology teams, QA, and support teams.

Initiating contact and establishing relationships with new clients while creating the foundation for a seamless transition from the point of sale throughout the implementation process

Partnering with clients to identify key business objectives

Aiding clients with Bullhorn best practices regarding user adoption techniques, rollout strategies, and education plans.

Leading cross-functional teams in the development and completion of key project milestones

You have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in the definition and execution of Enterprise software projects.

You have experience in Business Process Analysis and experience in all phases of a SDLC (Systems Development Lifecycle) methodology.

You have prior experience with configuration of Salesforce.com or Force.com applications

You have knowledge of the Salesforce.com (Saas) and Force.com (Paas) capabilities, including a strong understanding on the database model.

You have experience working with System Integrators and other third party suppliers.

You have Salesforce Platform App Builder and/or SF Certified Admin certification

You have experience with Appexchange Salesforce products such as DocuSign, Financialforce, conga etc.

You have experience with integration strategies including the use of APIs (SOAP, REST) and middleware solutions such as Jitterbit, Informatica Cloud, etc.

You have experience managing Client Relationships across the implementation life cycle

You have strong verbal, written, organizational, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills

You enjoy some travel

Experience with HR software, specifically recruiting or ATS applications

Experience in deployment via managed and unmanaged packages between Salesforce environments.

Salesforce Certifications

Experience using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and reusable components

Experience with web technologies, languages and frameworks (SOAP, REST, Java, JavaScript, SQL).
