About the role

Reporting to the Director of SI Partnerships Operations and Enablement, the SI Partner Operations & Enablement Specialist will help our partners uphold Bullhorn standards by developing and managing enablement programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing and launching processes for our SI partner network and internal partnership team

A typical day will include...

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to build product/ feature enablement plans and support the roll out of new processes relevant to our SI Partners & Internal Team Executing and project managing SI Partner onboarding & enablement programs across different product lines
  • Creating user friendly stakeholder dashboards to analyze enablement progress as well as identify client graduation themes to address areas of improvement
  • Proactively assessing our current operational processes to identify areas of efficiency
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation to ensure expectations are clearly defined for SI Partners and internal stakeholders
  • Creating and sharing all content for our partner network and leading all SI partner enablement webinars and overview sessions
  • Building strong relationships across different teams

  • You enjoy building relationships with cross-functional and remote teams, at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • You are proficient in Excel & Google Suites
  • You have 2+ years of operations or marketing experience
