Job Description
Consulting at CapTech:
-
Provide technical and functional Health Cloud expertise to Salesforce project team
-
Lead Salesforce implementations in a hands-on manner
-
Design and implement high-quality declarative solutions on client engagements
-
Guide development teams on functionality requiring custom logic to meet requirements and demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed

Lead or facilitate sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
-
Complete Salesforce product certifications to successfully advise and direct clients on best practices for both business process and platform optimization
-
Interact with both functional and technical customers in order to understand requirements, and craft comprehensive solutions that enable delivery with speed, agility, and stability.

Educate yourself and enable others on current and emerging technologies within Health Cloud

Assist our business development team with developing prototype demonstrations
Learning and Professional Development Opportunities:

Create an individualized professional development plan

Gain experience with a variety of clients and industry verticals

Share knowledge and common experiences with fellow CapTechers through Technical Communities of Practice and Lunch and Learns

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
-
3-5 years experience working with Salesforce technologies overall
-
2+ years’ experience working directly with Salesforce Health Cloud
-
Detail-orientation with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
-
Understanding of functionality and processes of Sales/Service Cloud (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Sales Paths, etc.)
-
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have but not must have!):

Health Cloud Accredited Professional
-
Experience building automation with OmniStudio
