Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality. Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistency and efficiency in coding practices. Proactively identify and suggest solutions for potential technical issues or challenges. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work within given time constraints. Continuously improve and optimize existing code to enhance product performance. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
