Responsibilities

Work with IT and Business management to define long term CRM strategy/roadmap.

Provide subject matter expertise on CRM best practices and industry trends.

Design & rebuild Salesforce architecture incorporating other business systems (SAP ERP, Agile PLM).

Build documentation standards and drive adoption of standard documentation for projects and enhancements.

Assist business partners with creating requirements, identifying gaps, and formulating business requirements into technical solutions.

Create functional specifications based on business requirements and work with development team to deliver solutions.

Maintain a holistic view of all business system processes and users, to understand functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.

Support the integration of the next gen systems with the existing business application ecosystem (SAP, custom applications, Snowflake server data lakes etc.).

Validate software quality and conformance to specifications and business requirements through unit-functional testing; and identify the root cause of defects.

Work with management, project managers, business users and development team to scope work and schedule estimates.

Track short term trade-offs and plan for remediation of technical issues.

Translate business needs into technical design.

Coach and mentor developers and admins.

Strong skills around project scoping and planning.

Manage system to ensure the system adheres to SOX standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation and support of Salesforce.com solutions preferred.

Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
-
Strong experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).

Strong client management skills.
-
Experience in (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, ServiceMax, B2B Commerce, CPQ, OMS).

Salesforce certifications.

Salary Range:
$162,600.00 - $220,000.00
