We’re seeking an exceptional VP Product Management, Net Zero Cloud to drive the future of our industry-leading product. The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader, who is obsessed with making customers and their teams successful. This is a highly visible leadership role that is ready for a candidate who wants to take their career to the next level.
We seek an innovative, experienced product leader with a track record of driving capabilities from concept to successful delivery and growth. The person will lead product planning, the release roadmap, pricing and packaging and technical partnerships.
The highly cross-functional role requires a candidate who enjoys navigating complex global organizations, working in a fast-paced environment, aligning with executive collaborators, collaborating with teams across time zones, and thinking globally.
Responsibilities
• Build a vision for the future of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud that focuses on market innovation (including AI) and evangelize this vision with our customers, partners, employees, and analysts.
• Hold the team accountable for delivering on the 12-18 month vision that has been set for your product line including Pricing and Packaging, MAU, ACV targets, CSAT, and Retention rates as set in your V2MOM
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy & plan in collaboration with marketing, sales, sales enablement, alliances, sales support, and product teams
• Partner with marketing to shape the narrative, messaging, and positioning for Salesforce Net Zero Cloud
• Partner with marketing to develop, curate, and present content to enable sellers on new and existing products
• Collaborate with SI and ISV teams to build solutions to drive incremental pipe and ACV.
• Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and primary and secondary customer research to refine product strategy that includes build/buy/partner and ultimately EOS/EOL strategy and execution.
• Engage directly with customers, as a trusted advisor, during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.

• Technical Depth: Able to hold your own in debates with technical architects and engineers, with deep familiarity with modern software development practices used to build and deploy web and mobile applications.
• Self-starter. You have high internal motivation, anticipate unrealized opportunities, problems, and risks, and can thrive in fast-moving technology spaces.
• Customer obsessed. You have the ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes to understand their needs and deliver a POV and vision forward.

Qualifications
• Leadership DNA, proven ability to educate, motivate, align, and lead employees, customers, and partners.
• The equivalent of 15+ years of combined product management and sustainability experience. Salesforce platform experience highly desired.
• Hands-on Sustainability Product experience with deep knowledge of Carbon Accounting
• First hand experience of implementing Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 reporting at a customer is highly desired
• Experience in driving strategic sales engagements
• Experience in working in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience in high-level business discussions

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $295,600 to $472,900.
For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $270,400 to $432,700.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $295,600 to $472,900.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
