Ability to analyze data and customer feedback
Proficient in managing tech platforms
Responsibilities
Own communication with customer districts and schools post-purchase
Support teachers for effective implementation and usage of products
Retain customer accounts through renewals and upselling
Deliver onboarding and check-ins for customers
Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
Education
Experience teaching STEAM or Coding in K-12 education
