Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a dedicated ESG professional to drive sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate governance initiatives.

Skills

Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and standards
Proven success in implementing ESG improvement initiatives
Ability to lead collaborative teams and influence others
Interpersonal skills to lead complex projects across all levels
Experience with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies

Responsibilities

Develop and implement ESG strategy aligned with business objectives
Monitor sustainability performance across facilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovative technologies
Report sustainability metrics and benchmark best practices
Identify and secure environmental impact off-set opportunities
Establish EHS awards program and manage CSR report content

Education

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
Minimum of 3+ years experience in ESG or sustainability
