We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting our options for convenient, personalized, and high-quality health benefits and care. You’ll report to our Director of Product and work closely with our highly collaborative product, design, engineering, data, clinical, operations, and growth teams. If you excel in go-to-market strategy, member engagement optimization, data analysis, and messaging, we’d love to hear from you!


What You Will Do:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy, leading the development and implementation of new product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities
  • Optimize member activation and engagement, leveraging data insights to design, build, and execute end-to-end strategies for connecting with our members such as in-app experiences, email and SMS campaigns, collateral, video walk-throughs, etc
  • Craft compelling messaging and product positioning that resonates with our target audiences while ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and translate these insights into actionable strategies
  • Advocate for the product, supporting the creation of demos, training sessions, and presentations for various internal and external stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional marketing initiatives, as needed


About You:
  • 3-5+ years of relevant product marketing experience with prior experience in healthcare, insurtech, and/or D2C healthtech start-up a plus!
  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action. Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and engagement campaigns
  • Data-driven. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional and creative writer, with the ability to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand language that engages members to take action with their health. 
  • Collaborative leader. Ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
  • User advocate. Passionate about creating fantastic user experiences, driving cohesive user journeys alongside product designers.
  • Outstanding Communicator. You know how to both listen and get the message out, whether it’s in-person, over the phone, in writing, via email, slack, carrier pigeon, etc.
  • You are hungry for more knowledge. You ask questions from a place of genuine curiosity and humility. You assume the best intentions without shying away from solutions-oriented debate. You meet your teammates with compassionate candor to solve problems together for our customers.
  • You remain flexible, and resilient, and foster a culture of continuous learning even in the face of hardship. You take care of yourself so you can be there to support your teammates.

$119,000 - $140,000 a year
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $119,000  - $140,000 a year per year for all US-based remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
