📋 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute strategies targeting key markets to boost user acquisition and retention.
  • Market Research: Identify new opportunities and customer segments through in-depth market analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to align growth efforts with product improvements and customer needs.
  • Campaign Optimization: Fine-tune lead generation funnels and marketing campaigns to drive conversions and enhance engagement.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to assess campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize strategies.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, targeted content for multiple marketing channels, from social media to email campaigns.
  • Industry Monitoring: Keep a pulse on market trends and competitors to ensure we stay competitive and relevant.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or Fintech.
  • Skills:
    • Solid understanding of growth marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and data analysis.
    • Experience with marketing analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong content development skills to create effective, engaging messaging.
  • Leadership: At least 3 years of experience managing a team, ideally within a high-growth startup.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to handle multiple projects with ease.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments in a fast-paced environment.
