We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving event sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating the logistics of corporate and social events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate event sales outreach function to achieve the company’s lead generation plan
  • Diligently research opportunities for events in store markets across the nation
  • Develop and execute outbound sales process, including identifying leads through execution of the sale
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our concept and stay up to date with product and content development
  • Track leads using our CRM and other platforms as necessary and reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Work with the marketing team in creating brand collateral to complement the sales process, including but not limited to strategic messaging in physical and digital collateral
  • Onsite presence as needed at store(s) may be required

KPIs:
  • Meet lead generation goals
  • Measure ROI of outreach activities
  • Connect efforts to top line revenue generation


What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years’ in sales/business development or comparable experience
  • A strategic negotiator and a strong communicator, with the ability to coordinate time-sensitive projects with little supervision
  • Sales and/or lead generation industry experience required; service industry experience preferred
  • The ability to spend the time developing and cultivating relationships with the clients
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities optimally
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus!

$63,200 - $66,560 a year
+ commission
