As an eCommerce company, the majority of our sales are generated online and require a strong online presence. Our current focus is on developing and promoting four unique brand lines. About the Job

The Research and Development Specialist works with multiple teams to develop new and existing products. This is a highly-coveted technology role that is perfect for geeks who love to have hands-on experience with consumer electronics and related accessories. R&D team members are highly regarded as the primary force to keep the rocket moving.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in product testing, product research, competitor analysis, product design, technical documentation/manual, product packaging, and product deployment
• Implement and maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all experiments and processes
• Provide technical information to the sales and marketing teams to market and sell products in domestic and international marketplaces
• Partner with customer service team to answer product questions, emails, and phone calls
• Reports directly to Research and Development Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer electronics or related technical field is highly preferred
• Must be proficient in both spoken and written English
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Have great attention to details and sense of ownership
• Take initiatives and directions and collaborate with others
