Director Of Nursing
Sandstone Care is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead and support the nursing and behavioral health tech team in providing compassionate care within the in-patient medical detox and residential treatment program.
Skills
- RN license in the state of Colorado
- Previous experience with treatment of substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing and behavioral health tech team
- Coordinate weekly schedules based on facility needs and staffing assessments
- Foster growth and development through training, accountability, and mentorship
Education
- RN license in the state of Colorado
