Supervisor, Credit (New Accounts & Resale)

SanMar is looking for a Supervisor, Credit (New Accounts & Resale) with strong leadership and customer service skills to oversee the team responsible for qualifying new customers and ensuring compliance with state resale certificate requirements.

Responsibilities

Assisting team members with customer situations and encouraging collaborative solutions
Providing timely feedback, training, and coaching to support team growth
Preparing and conducting regular performance evaluations
Ensuring compliance with state resale certificate requirements
Being the primary contact with SanMar's Tax Manager

Education

4-6 years of Customer Service experience or equivalent education
