Title: Marketing Analyst Specialist IIPay range: $42.00-$52.00Work Schedule: 1st shift 8am-5pm ESTLocation: Bridgewater, NJ - 100% remoteContract Length: 2 monthsSanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a Marketing Analyst Specialist II for a 2-month contract.Job SummaryThe US Vaccine Marketing and Commercial Strategy team is looking for a dedicated individual to join as a key member of the Vaccines Commercial Operations Team. The role involves developing and executing impactful HCP non-personal promotion campaigns, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to the integrated marketing strategy and brand planning.Responsibilities• Support development of HCP non-personal promotion strategies and tactical plans.• Develop and execute HCP campaigns across various channels.• Partner with agencies to ensure deliverables align with strategy.• Collaborate with market research and analytics teams for insights implementation.• Coordinate key performance indicators for performance reporting.• Manage marketing asset development through the LMR process.• Act as day-to-day contact for key tactical projects.• Coordinate budget tracking for financial reporting.• Lead cross-functional teams to drive results.Skills• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline required; MBA preferred.• 3+ years of industry experience with 2 years in brand strategy and tactical marketing preferred.• Experience in HCP non-personal promotion and vaccines or specialty pharmaceuticals industry.• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and negotiation.• Ability to think strategically while managing execution details effectively.• Leadership skills with a focus on integrity, ethics, and accountability.Education• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; MBA preferred.
