SAP Analytics Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Analyst with experience in SAP Analytics Cloud and other dashboard technologies to join our dynamic team.

As an Interactive Dashboard Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud and knowledge of energy trading operations to develop, deploy, and manage interactive dashboard reports and data visualization tools. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, design user-friendly solutions to address these requirements, and create visually engaging and insightful content to support effective decision-making and performance management.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements for data analysis and reporting in energy trading.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud and other dashboard technologies.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact energy trading operations.

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and reliable data for analysis.

• Create and present comprehensive reports, visualizations, and executive summaries to key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, system performance, and timely availability of required data.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of data analytics and dashboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience in utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and other dashboard technologies to develop interactive visualizations and reports.

• Strong understanding of energy trading operations, including knowledge of key performance metrics and market dynamics.

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Prior experience in the energy trading industry is highly desirable.
