Partner Sales Manager

Role Summary:

  • Nurture signed reseller and strategic co-sell partnerships.

  • Work cross-functionally with the Product, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to enable partners and ensure their success in reselling Sardine’s products.

  • Collaborate closely with partner-side sales teams to close deals.

  • Identify avenues to expand the scope of the partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales opportunities and revenue for Sardine via resellers.

  • Generate revenue through co-sell partners by effectively partnering with their sales teams to execute joint opportunities.

  • Enable partner sales and customer support teams to effectively pitch and demo Sardine through training, material creation, and more.

  • Work with partners to set targets, implement the GTM strategy, and analyze performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with partners to build and execute marketing and BDR campaigns directed at their prospects and clients.

  • Create channel strategies to build and win pipelines effectively.

  • Assist partner sales and customer success representatives in closing deals by meeting with customers.

  • Analyze channel performance metrics and report back with insights, including product gaps, pricing considerations, areas, and other recommendations to optimize channel sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ Channel Sales or relevant experience.

  • Executive presence and the ability to build long-term relationships.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM/Salesforce, reporting, and analytics.

  • Excellent project management experience.

  • Execution excellence.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally; this role will work closely with Product, SEs, Marketing, and Sales.

Compensation: Base pay range of $140,000 - $160,000 + Commission + Equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
