If you are passionate about creating experiences that delight customers, we would love to hear from you.As a Sr. Associate Software Developer, you will:• Design and develop high quality, testable and scalable software solutions within established timelines while adhering to Customer Intelligence 360 best practices and processes.• Implement scalable and efficient code, ensuring seamless integration within a continuous delivery pipeline.• Ensure the security and performance of software throughout the development and deployment process.• Address production issues, provide quick resolutions, and prioritize customer experience in all development efforts.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product, operations, and support, to ensure high-quality software delivery and continuous improvement.• Maintain accountability for the entire life cycle of the code.• Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.Required Qualifications• Two or more years of experience developing enterprise-level solutions• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field• Demonstrable experience with the Java programming language• Solid understanding and experience with JSON and RESTful APIs• An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications• You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
