If you’re looking for a dynamic, fulfilling career coupled with flexibility and world-class employee experience, you’ll find it here.About the jobThe Finance team is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner who will collaborate closely with executive and business leadership providing them with financial planning, reporting, analysis, actionable insights, and strategic decision support to help them run the business. The position is responsible for supporting world-wide financial and management reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis of corporate results. This role also ensures the alignment and optimization of business and financial goals, strategies, plans, policies, processes and controls across the organization.As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:• Operate as a trusted advisor to, and work closely with, business executive leadership across the US Operations Business Unites specifically the Financial Services Business Unit as an extended member of their leadership team• Provide key advisory support on the structuring of SAS commercial sales deals, to optimize short/long term revenue and profitability for SAS and to ensure compliance with ASC606 guidelines and internal SAS policy.• Work in partnership with the organizations’ Deal Desk and Revenue Recognition teams to advise Sales teams on commercial deal construction, ensuring deal revenue and profitability is optimized and deal constructs align with internal SAS policy and procedures.• Supports engagement with prospects, suppliers and customers to promote SAS and assist negotiations as required.• Assist the development of and execution of financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.• Contribute to the development of SAS policy to regulate commercial SAS sales deal structure.• Ensure ongoing awareness & alignment between all functions of the Finance division and the wider business in the design, development and operation of plans, policies, systems, processes and controls.• Leverage competitive information, industry trends, customer metrics and market dynamics to inform company and divisional targets, strategies and plans.• Manage the delivery of divisional budgets and forecasts and key performance indicators (KPI) to measure success. Monitor performance to ensure results progress to plan and to improve the ongoing accuracy of budget and forecast submissions.• Deliver regular financial management reporting and review KPIs, performance and external data to provide insights on divisional and company-wide performance and highlight trends, risks, issues and opportunities to executive leadership.• Leverage financial models, simulates scenarios and provides data driven insights and recommendations to support decisions, including, but not limited to, investment analysis, pricing strategies, revenue optimization and resource allocation.• May lead Finance, Finance Business Partnering and/or Cross Functional projects and initiative teams.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting• 8+ years of finance analysis experience• An established track record as a business partner to senior (inc. C level) leadership• Previous knowledge and experience applying ASC 606 standard• Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiating skills• Strong written and oral communications skills• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across levels, function and geographies• You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.Preferred Qualifications• MBA or CPA certification• Advanced knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles – standards, financial reporting and revenue recognition specific to the technology industry.
