Responsible for the building and orchestration of audiences and segmentation using Snowflake and Braze.
Use various analytical tools and techniques to understand the customer's journey, right from the initial contact to the point of purchase and beyond and use data to influence optimal behaviours.
Monitor customer behaviour, track purchase patterns, and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and insights.
Assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and data analysis.
Gain a deep knowledge of our VIP cohort to devise retention strategies and optimising spend.
Assist in the development of Personalisation strategies to optimise customer experiences.
Conduct A/B testing for various marketing campaigns to optimize customer response rates.
Build, distribution and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE
Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in Retail preferred; department store ideal.
Proven experience in SQL querying using Snowflake to build complex audiences.
Strong data analysis skills are essential, proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from customer data.
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce is crucial, with ability to assist in managing CRM database.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and effective manner.
Experience in campaign management and marketing automation platforms.
