Martech Specialist - Data Analyst (SO2)
What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
- Responsible for the building and orchestration of audiences and segmentation using Snowflake and Braze.
- Use various analytical tools and techniques to understand the customer's journey, right from the initial contact to the point of purchase and beyond and use data to influence optimal behaviours.
- Monitor customer behaviour, track purchase patterns, and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and insights.
- Assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and data analysis.
- Gain a deep knowledge of our VIP cohort to devise retention strategies and optimising spend.
- Assist in the development of Personalisation strategies to optimise customer experiences.
- Conduct A/B testing for various marketing campaigns to optimize customer response rates.
- Build, distribution and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in Retail preferred; department store ideal.
- Proven experience in SQL querying using Snowflake to build complex audiences.
- Strong data analysis skills are essential, proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from customer data.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce is crucial, with ability to assist in managing CRM database.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and effective manner.
- Experience in campaign management and marketing automation platforms.
- A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure the accuracy of data and reports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
