Saturn Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Associate to lead operational functions, support product launches, manage data operations, and drive customer support initiatives.

Skills

Deep experience working with engineers and product/project management
Data-driven and highly analytical mindset
Experience with managing processes and training others
Knowledge of scripting languages, SQL, Python

Responsibilities

Design systems and processes across Data Operations
Support new and existing feature development
Lead Saturn’s Support function
Manage Trust & Safety functions
Oversee operating budget for vendor costs
