In this role, the Client Success Executive manages many stakeholders across the various organizations SMS serves, develops strategies alongside the client, helping them achieve their overarching business goals, creating new business opportunities within the existing book, and using the data and insights to drive success.Reporting: The Client Success Executive reports directly to the Sr. Director of Client Management.Primary Responsibilities:• Service a book of business as defined by Sr. Director of Client Management• Based on SMS growth, this role may manage clients through UHC, direct or cross-carrier• Take leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are offered to clients• Secure existing business through excellent customer service and thought leadership• Develop relationships with clients and Strategic Client Executives within the various business lines we support• Participate in AMT, Partnership, and semi-annual client calls• Work closely with analytics and marketing communications while developing strategies across bookKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:• Ability and desire to provide results• Develop professional relationships with internal and external partners• Effective communicator• Utilize a resilient and adaptable mindset in the face of shifting priorities• Ability to effectively manage time, and juggle multiple clients at one time• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to get job complete• Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology• Strong presentation skills• Self-starter with high degree of drive, initiative, and follow through to meet deadlines• Must possess the ability to follow and anticipate trends impacting the marketplace• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft OfficeQualifications• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration, or related field• Strong client management background is Required• Strong understanding of healthcare/payor systems, preferably an understanding of ambulatory surgery space• Experience working across multiple departments towards common business goal• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft OfficeUSD $120,000.00/Yr.
