Commercial Counsel (Contractor)

The Commercial Counsel (Contractor) at Scaled Agile will focus on providing transactional support to our sales teams, analyzing and negotiating complex commercial agreements, and evolving data privacy processes. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing and drafting agreements with both enterprise customers and vendors, ensuring alignment with company policies while effectively mitigating business risks.

Scaled Agile requires candidates for the Commercial Counsel (Contractor) position to possess a J.D. degree with admission to a U.S. state bar. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience as a practicing attorney is preferred, ideally within a technology-focused environment, along with strong skills in contract analysis and negotiation.
