Description du poste

CDI à Nantes / Statut cadre / 2 jours de télétravail par semaine
Expérience minimum : 3 ans en Business Analysis dans le domaine des assurances
Rémunération : 36 à 39K€ bruts annuels (hors avantages Scalian)


Quel sera votre rôle ?

  • Nous accompagnons notre client, spécialisé dans le secteur des assurances, dans ses projets de transformation digitale, et recherchons un(e) Business Analyst F/H à Nantes. Vous intégrez une factory de 50 personnes organisée en squads pour contribuer à fluidifier les parcours clients et optimiser la gestion des sinistres tout en assurant la mise en conformité réglementaire des processus internes.

Au quotidien, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers auprès des différents services (souscription, gestion des sinistres, gestion des risques, actuariat), identifier les problématiques liées aux contrats d’assurance, au calcul des primes, à la gestion des risques et aux réglementations en vigueur (RGPD, DORA...).
  • Formaliser les spécifications fonctionnelles en traduisant les besoins métiers pour les équipes IT, décrire les règles de gestion propres aux contrats d’assurance et préparer les scénarios métiers pour les tests fonctionnels.
  • Coordonner les projets de transformation digitale en participant aux initiatives d’automatisation des processus, en organisant des ateliers avec les parties prenantes, et en s’assurant que les solutions livrées répondent aux attentes métiers.
  • Accompagner la mise en conformité réglementaire des systèmes d’information, assurer la veille réglementaire, préparer les plans de tests, suivre les recettes fonctionnelles et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption des nouvelles solutions.
  • Environnement technique : SI en propre, Jira, Confluence, outils de modélisation de processus (BPMN), méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanba,),

Ce que cette expérience va vous apporter

  • Vous développerez vos compétences en Business Analysis, ainsi que sur les projets de transformation numérique et la mise en conformité réglementaire dans le secteur des assurances.
  • Vous contribuerez à la réussite d’un projet stratégique pour un acteur majeur des assurances, touchant plusieurs centaines de milliers d’assurés.
  • Au-delà du suivi de votre mission réalisé par le Business Manager, votre Team Manager vous accompagnera dans votre évolution de carrière (besoins en formation, programme de coaching sur mesure). Vous rejoindrez également l’une de nos cinq squads et pourrez prendre part aux points d’agence hebdomadaires, même à distance.

Qualifications

  • Titulaire d’un Bac+5 en informatique, gestion de projets ou assurance, vous justifiez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience en Business Analysis dans le domaine des assurances.
  • Vous maîtrisez les processus métiers liés aux contrats d’assurance, ainsi que les outils de gestion des exigences et les méthodologies Agile.
  • Vous faites preuve d’un excellent relationnel, d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et d’adaptation.
  • Vous êtes en mesure de travailler dans différents secteurs d'activité (bancaire, santé, assurance…).
