The Central Business Office has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Scanner to work in the Medley Campus. This position reports to the Manager, Scanning. The Scanner prepares, organizes, validates and scans documents into the applicable system; ensuring digital copies are accurate and saved appropriately.
Loads pages for scanning and disposes and/or files original documents ensuring contents remain confidential.
Sorts documents and prepares batches for scanning based on prescribed classifications.
Troubleshoots and adjusts scanning equipment to ensure scanned files are clear.
Examines documents to ensure they are complete and reports any issues to appropriate managing staff.
Reviews daily reports for missing documents.
Conducts quality checks to ensure proper transferal and indexing of scanned images.
Prints and saves imaged documents.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
General knowledge of office procedures and operations
Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, reports and correspondence
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.
