Job Summary:Visiting Angels is a leading nurse registry that provides home care to seniors. Our customized services enable our clients to maintain the independence of their daily routines and familiar surroundings. We are a team-oriented company and are looking for a like-minded candidate who can assist us and further promote our growth. We contribute our success to the daily contributions of the remarkable individuals who make up our team.We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client and caregiver schedules and providing administrative support in an office setting. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the referral services for our nurse registry. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills, must be detail/outcome-oriented and a self- starter.Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm and we are available on-call 24/7.
