About WakeMed: Position Information:
The Scheduling Representative is the primary contact for scheduling outpatient services provided across assigned practice/specialist line within a call center environment. Responsibilities consist of answering calls from an incoming call queue in order to address all scheduling needs; collect all insurance and referral information and follow standard work processes. The Scheduling representatives customer base consist of patients, physicians and their office staff as well as departmental staff.

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Preferred
