Job Description:Outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to fill a full-time position assuming the role Supply and Inventory Planner for Industry Automation North America. This role in fully embedded in the end to end supply chain planning processes making the link between customers forecast, supply plan, and inventory projection. The candidate would coordinate with manufacturing plants, DC operations, Master data team, Upstream planning and Offer Marketing.Key Responsibilities• Accountable for running the Distribution Requirement Planning.- Kinaxis• Define and update the Replenishment Strategy and the Supply Chain Parameters, as well as ensure Master Data consistency to achieve expected Customer service while optimizing the health & level of inventory.• Contribute to the SIOP by preparing and leading the end to end Supply Reviews.• Acts Like an Owner by proactively identifying manufacturing supply risks working collaboratively with key stake holders to propose mitigation plan.• Plan & ensure inventory ramp up / down linked to strategic inventory, industrial transfers, commercial event, new product introduction and end of life.• Clearly and concisely communicates with all partners by simplifying complex situations enabling rapid decision-making and forward progress.• Requires a strong leadership and a global understanding of the end to end supply chain planning processes to bring a positive customer impact through optimized inventory projections and supply risk mitigation.Qualifications:What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Competencies• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal contacts.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as attention to detail• Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities• Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive team leader who welcomes challengesQualifications/Experience• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or Business• 5+ years of experience in Supply chain Planning• Possess a good level of understanding of End to End Supply Chain Planning and global supply chain concepts• Experience in Kinaxis, SAP and Tableau• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills required• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPointLet us learn about you!
