Job Description:
Schneider Electric has a Talent Acquisition Consultant opening in Franklin, Tennessee. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Consultant participates in internal and external recruitment activities so that the organization's recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.
Talent Partner
-
Drive internal and external full cycle recruitment process (coaching hiring managers, posting, sourcing, screening, and extending offers)

Filling high-volume positions across business units while consulting, managing, and influencing hiring managers.

Partner and collaborates with hiring managers and HR (Human Resources) to create offers, ensure fair pay, and facilitate negotiations
Strategic Sourcing

Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other strategies to source and attract diverse talent.

Apply talent market knowledge to grow and cultivate a pipeline of qualified & diverse candidates CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) Connect by targeting specific skill markets, industries, and profiles.

Support Schneider Electric Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives to acquire diverse talent.
Solution oriented

Leverage talent insights, market, and business knowledge to proactively influence & convince stakeholders to fill positions

Drive pipeline activity and recommend improvements to internal stakeholders.

What qualifications will make you successful?

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment

General knowledge of Human Resources is a plus

Previous experience working in agencies is a plus

Proven ability to deliver high volume/high quality candidates under tight timelines

Proven ability to influence & convince customers, partners, peers
