Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Per Diem Float Patient Coordinator to support our Richfield, Edina, and Plymouth offices. We prioritize creating an ultimate patient experience while providing a positive work environment for our team.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with EMR software

Responsibilities

Handle all incoming phone calls and scheduling-related tasks
Promote a welcoming atmosphere for patients
Understand provider to patient flow and anticipate needs
Perform inventory responsibilities
Attend in-house training and continued education

Education

Previous healthcare experience required
Medical receptionist experience preferred
