Manager, Tax Compliance and Reporting
Scout Motors is seeking a visionary and resourceful Manager, Tax Compliance & Reporting to oversee tax compliance priorities, collaborate with teams, and establish automated tax processes.
Skills
- Tax generalist experience with public accounting firms or corporate tax
- Project management and problem-solving skills
- Strategic relationship-building abilities and team management experience
- Knowledge of tax technology solutions and ERP platforms
Responsibilities
- Establish tax compliance priorities and lead the growth of tax compliance function
- Manage North America corporate tax compliance requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for outsourced tax compliance service providers
- Lead implementation of tax software and collaborate on tax provision calculations
- Navigate ERP systems, build key internal relationships, and provide tax-technical guidance
Education
- Degree in accounting with a master’s in taxation
- CPA qualification desired
