Senior Accountant
Join The Farmer’s Dog as a Senior Accountant responsible for various financial reporting functions while contributing to the company's mission of changing the landscape of pet health.

- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Research technical accounting issues and prepare position papers
- Collaborative attitude with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
- Compile monthly fluctuation analysis reporting to management
- Monitor emerging accounting guidance and relevant comment letters
- Lead support for the audit of financial statements
- Help build out the Company’s financial policies and procedures
- Identify gaps in current workflows, develop and implement internal processes
- Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc projects and financial analyses
Education
- Minimum 3-5 years of public accounting experience
- CPA preferred
