About the role

The Sales Development Manager will drive one of CloudTalk’s most successful sales channels - the inbound - and will lead our international team of Inbound Sales Development Representatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities with a genuine interest in enabling and coaching their team members in order to set them up for success and help them grow.


In addition, the Sales Development Manager will be a strong sales player with a great understanding of how to implement and ensure the execution of processes that allow the team and total pipeline numbers to scale rapidly. Strong, hands-on utilization skills of Hubspot and/or Salesforce is a must.

What you will work on

  • Train other members of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
  • Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s
  • Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDRs
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales and other members of the Sales Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to identify areas of improvement for the SDR Teams
  • Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment

What we are looking for

  • An inspiring leader with a natural interest in coaching and developing talent
  • Experience in sales for a technical product
  • Strong strategic inbound experience
  • Leadership and B2B SaaS experience are a must
  • Experience with a CRM software (Hubspot or Salesforce)
  • Established history of reaching and overachieving individual and group sales targets
  • Understanding of B2B software, SaaS, Online Telephony is preferred
  • Transparency & willingness to get hands dirty
  • Passionate about technology and learning more about CloudTalk
  • Growth & start-up mindset, leading by example & proactively bringing solutions to challenges you identify, backed by data
  • Fluent English is required, any other European language is a plus
