Apply insights to the needs and expectations of internal audiences to deliver communication programs and campaigns that drive understanding and alignment, often amidst significant change. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Internal Communications, Strategic Programs.
This individual contributor role focuses on the orchestration and implementation of internal communications programs across the company’s US tier-one sites (in California, Colorado, and Minnesota). Working with site leadership, you will develop our US sites’ internal communications strategy and make important contributions to the employee experience. You will be both an advocate for employees and a steward of Seagate’s business, brand, and culture. You will help convey Seagate’s story to employees and champion stories at the site level that recognize the contributions of the site’s employees and shared progress towards company milestones and priorities.
Key areas of responsibility:
The estimated base salary range for this position: $102,600.00 - $149,600.00. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which the position is located based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.

This role will work in a hybrid capacity a few days a week at one of our primary sites (Normandale, MN; Shakopee, MN or Longmont CO) and the remainder in a remote capacity.
