Overall, this role will be work closely in alignment with HCP Sales Manager (DSM) and showing strong commitment to drive Business Excellence journey through improvement of process, system, and execution in territory.
Role & Responsibility:
Sales Specialist for OTC and prescriptions product and is primarily responsible for developing product strategy and managing the activities of assigned channels, to achieve targeted sales and profit
Develop and implement a business/ sales plan for assigned channels
Actively manage the relationship of Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
To make daily, weekly and monthly activities/visit plans and reports.
To make territory sales plan by products and by customers in accordance with assigned sales target.
Use promotion material (sample, brochures, etc) properly during their discussion with customer.
Delivery selling message to target customers.
Expand and penetrate the market with both new and existing product.
To report on competitors activities and market situation.
To perform any additional tasks as requested.
Inform their superior regarding to customer request or complaints and transfer back the solution.
To review regularly the customer’s master list.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Pharmacy/Medical related studies
Sales experience in pharmaceutical or hospital business will be an advantage.
Based in Jakarta Central Region
6Holding driving license is a must (C Category).
