Director, Customer Support - Remote US

Seamless.AI is looking for a Director of Customer Support to lead and drive growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction within the Customer Support department.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Support Division including Technical Support, Order Entry, and Billing Teams
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and optimal resolution times
  • Champion technology & automation improvements
  • Advise on chatbot enhancements for superior customer support
  • Inform leadership on customer, product, and internal needs
  • Implement strategies to manage large customer cohorts
  • Manage, hire, and retain a modern SaaS Customer Support team

Education

  • 5+ years of Customer Support leadership experience
  • Experience with offshore vendor selection
  • Experience with chatbot technology and KPIs
  • Prior remote leadership experience
