Implement strategies to manage large customer cohorts
Manage, hire, and retain a modern SaaS Customer Support team
Education
5+ years of Customer Support leadership experience
Experience with offshore vendor selection
Experience with chatbot technology and KPIs
Prior remote leadership experience
