About the Role

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our passionate and high-performing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a proven track record in commercial and enterprise SaaS sales, and are ready to lead a team to new heights, we want to hear from you! 

Your Mission: Elevate Our Sales Team to New Peaks

In the first 12 months, your success will be measured by your ability to:

🌟 Lead and Develop a Winning Team:

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 5 Account Executives.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

🚀 Manage Pipeline Growth & Exceed Sales Quotas:

  • Actively manage our sales pipeline to ensure we are on track. 

  • Ensure each AE consistently hits or surpasses 100% of quota.

  • Implement strategies to drive individual and team performance to new heights.

🤝 Forge Cross-Functional Partnerships:

  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

  • Build strong partnerships to enhance the overall efficiency and success of the sales team.

📈 Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Proactively leverage sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Assess pipeline growth to ensure we're on track for success.

  • Monitor sales activity to guarantee each team member is generating the necessary activity for success.

Qualifications That Set You Apart

🌐 Proven Sales Success:

  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS, both Commercial and Enterprise.

  • Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

🧠 Sales Acumen and Methodology:

  • Expert-level understanding of sales acumen, tactics, and strategies. You are a student of your game. 

  • Ideally, a MEDDIC practitioner with a keen understanding of complex sales cycles.

🤝 Leadership Expertise:

  • Experience managing a team of AEs in the past.

  • You subscribe to a systematic methodology around sales leadership; or possess a repeatable, proven playbook you’ve developed on your own.

Pay Transparency

  • Salary: The initial salary for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 OTE.

  • Salary Structure: Our salary ranges are determined by market analysis and are designed to evolve with job performance over time.

  • Additional Benefits: Beyond base salaries, SearchStax employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, with potential for equity and performance-based bonuses.
