We provide ‘WOW’ customer service to all of our customers and wholesale accounts by shipping beautifully wrapped product accurately and efficiently. Reporting to the department lead, the Fulfillment Associate will be trained in all areas of distribution but will specialize in picking and packing product safely while ensuring shipment deadlines are met. If you are a future leader who loves team work, meeting goals, and always staying active, this position is for you!The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service for a high volume, order fulfillment environment. The ideal candidate will ensure timely accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities:• Pick product accurately utilizing guidance of WMS technology• Packs orders in accordance with guidelines to deliver exceptional customer service• Provides regular progress updates to leadership team• Shifts priorities as business dictates, often on short notice • Creates and maintains a positive and collaborative work environment• Strives for consistent achievement of performance expectations• Ensures a safe and clean working environmentOur Ideal Candidate will have:• High School Diploma• Distribution or retail experience preferred• Positive attitude that is contagious to others• Ability to multi-task effectively through strong time management skills• Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular shift as business dictates• Passionate about the Kendra Scott brand and core values of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy• Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds; stand/walk for duration of shift• HE certification or ability to be licensed• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
