Position Overview

Fiducial is looking for a Seasonal Receptionist to provide support to their Redlands, CA branch during the busy tax season. This is a great entry role for a motivated self-starter looking to join an established company that is expanding its US presence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, meeting and greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and other office duties as assigned.

40 hours per week, $18/hr.

Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes

• 1-2 years of administrative/receptionist experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Interest in Accounting is helpful.
