Position Overview

Cloud-Xpress is looking for a summer intern to learn cloud platforms and network. The successful candidate will have basic network administration skills and a strong commitment to the highest quality of project management and client support. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a multi-facet IT Cloud services with a growing company.

Desired Skills/ Experience/ Attributes

• Schooling or experience in network or system engineering and administration
• Will learn deploying Cloud services or Managing migration projects
• Understanding or experience with Systems: Windows Server; Linux; MS Exchange; Backup software
• The position will learn Networks :WAN/LAN TCP/IP ;BGP; Security; VOiP
• Attention to detail
• Dedicated and hardworking with a drive to learn and succeed
• The ability to learn to work within deadlines
• Good customer service skills with the ability to work with customers in-person and over the telephone
• Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues to get the job done

Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Bachelor’s degree or working on a degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred

Job Type: Internship

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Springfield, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
